If you’re using Sony’s software to get books from them look in Documents/My Books/Reader. Adobe Digital Editions files are found by default in Documents/My Digital Editions, Kindle files are found by default in Documents/My Kindle Content. This will bring up a browse for folder window so you can point the program to the right place.

The first thing to do is click on the plus symbol in the folders column.
